Using BukkitScheduler.runTaskAsynchronously and callbacks to wrap the sync methods. This should improve performance on all servers capable of taking advantage of multithreading. I also fixed an SQL syntax error with SQLite, so SQLite should be supported now. I've changed the default using-mysql config value to false, so SQLite is now used by default.
