ImprovedDispensers [1.8-1.12]

This is a completely recoded version of my ImprovedDispensers plugin which is also now open source. You can check the source code here: https://github.com/Tobiplayer3/ImprovedDispensers. The plugin should now work much more reliable and can be easily extended for future Minecraft versions using the added config. No hardcoded items are used anymore, instead all items and their needed additional information are stored in the previously mentioned config. Also I've added a few configurations, the decrease of durability on items and the option to let the dispenser break items.
