Infinite Firework (For Elytras)

This lightweight plugin provides an infinite firework item which can be used while gliding to boost without consuming the item.

Commands/Permissions:
-/infinitefirework help [infinitefirework.help]: Displays the plugin help menu

-/infinitefirework give <Player> [infinitefirework.give / infinitefirework.give.others]: Gives the specified player an infinite firework. If no player is specified, the executor is given the item.

- [infinitefirework.nodelay]: Allows users to bypass the item's cooldown timer. Ops bypass by default.

Configuration:
MinimumDelay: A number of seconds (may be fractions of a second) of delay between uses.

NotifyOfRecharge: Sets whether users attempting to use a firework while on cooldown should be notified.
