Commands & Permissions
None!
Caveats
If only one item is in the dispenser/dropper, it will not work. May try to fix this in the future.

This was a plugin made quickly, but I'll add some additional features.
- Item Blacklist
- Infinite Dispenser Creation (for now, every dispenser is infinite).
