Stopping rule breakers with a blast...

InstaFreeze is a very simple but effective freeze plugin that allows you to freeze players to the spot, rendering them unable to move, interact with blocks or use commands. They will still be able to use the chat to communicate with you though.

This plugin is brilliant for stopping griefers or potential rule breakers and rendering them useless without the hasstle of having to send them to a jail or letting them continue their griefing while you try and type in a long ban reason!

Its as simple as:

/freeze <playername>

and then once more to turn it off again!

What about for those players who log out when you freeze them? Unlike many similar plugins InstaFreeze will automatically re-freeze them when they log in again so they cannot escape you that easily! However; the plugin is deliberately coded so that when the person who freezed you logs out, the freeze is removed (This works if the player is on or offline). This is so there is never a situation where a player gets stranded being frozen after the staff member leaves, this is intended as a temporary situation while you deal with the player, not an excuse to freeze players forever around your map ;)

Simply give your staff the instafreeze.freeze permission and you are good to go!

While this plugin is relatively simple I will expand it in the future to possibly include a command to freeze everyone, options to have staff immune to being frozen, maybe freezing all players in a specific radius of you to stop grief teams etc.
