Instant Cannon allows you to spawn in cannons using custom TNT blocks, These all work from schematics so you can create your own cannons or download some premade packs (Linked at the end)

Drag and Drop Install
Download InstantCannon.jar
Open server Plugin folder
Drop InstantCannon.jar into Plugin folder

Simply use:
/InstantCannon {Cannon Name} [Player Name] <-- Optional
Apon placing the given block it will summon the cannon at your location

/+/ Schematic Creation \+\
Creating a new Cannon is very simple,
Build your cannon facing north
Select it with a WorldEdit Region
Use: /CreateCannon {Name}

/CreateCannon {Name} - InstantCannon.create
