Interdicted Patterns

Added the ability to filter by color of pattern Realized a bug in my old logic: if you had a design with MOJANG as a blocked pattern, it would prevent any banner design from being created using that pattern. The ideal operation would be to block the crafting only if it matches exactly. So with the above design, a banner with just MOJANG would be blocked but MOJANG and SKULL would be OK. If you wanted to block MOJANG and SKULL, you'd make a new design (if you also wanted to block skull alone) or you'd add SKULL to the existing design. Now that I think about it, the next update will allow for a globally blocked pattern so it works like before where you can block MOJANG and it doesn't matter what other patterns it has, if it has MOJANG it gets blocked. But I don't have the umph to deal with that right now, I'll do that later
