Intonate Chat Filter [Anti-Curse, Anti-Ad]

Intonate is a new but powerful censor plugin made to prevent cursing and advertising on your server. It uses clever and efficient methods to catch almost all of the most common chat filter bypasses.

Notice: Intonate is currently on hold, meaning I am not actively developing it. I am, however, hoping to return to it eventually.

Detection Features:

• Symbol Deobfuscation - @'s, $'s, and many more won't do a thing
  
• Space and Symbol Handling - No amount of extra space or extra symbols will get by
• Repeated Character Handling - No matter how many times you repeat letters in swears it'll still get detected
• Diacritic Handling - Accented letters are treated the same as any other
• Unicode Symbol Handling - Using a weird font shouldn't get around chat filters, and here it doesn't
• Multi-Line Filtration - splitting the curse into multiple messages won't work anymore
• +50 inappropriate words filtered
• Dozens of bypass methods mitigated
• Limited incorrect filtrations

Performance Features:

• Fast Logic - Takes an average of less than half a millisecond to process messages regardless of length
• Minimal Lists - doesn't use long and slow lists to identify bypasses
• Microscopic file size - Less than 12KB

Intonate is still in Alpha and many features have been planned but not yet added.

It's a lot that still needs to be added, but that's what Alpha is for! I'm adding the plugin in it's current form so that I can get feedback from the community on what needs to be changed before going too far with it.
