Updated for mc1.16.4 only. Added actionbar message during vanish. Players under the /vanish effect are now hidden from mob aggro same as the invisibility potion effect. Permissions for vanishing and seeing vanished players are now uniform: invisy.see.<#1-100> invisy.vanish.<#1-100> lower numbers cannot see higher numbers

Added a vanishing/invisibility feature. This adds a new command as well. /vanish (v / hide / invisible) permission to use the vanishing feature - invisy.vanish permission to see vanished players - invisy.see And a new option will be added in the settings file on server restart. VanishedStatePersistent: true/false which keeps the vanished state of the user after they login/logout and after a server restart. YOU WILL NEED ProtocolLib to run now.
