-Toggles night vision.

-Permission node `io.nightvision.reload`.
-Reloads the configuration file.
Configuration Notes
Use the regular & Minecraft color and formatting codes. The plugin will automatically parse them.
All messages and the prefix are configurable.
&0 - Black
&1 - Navy / Dark Blue
