I just finished this IPCatcher resource for you!
Works for 1.8-1.10

ATTENTION: Before downloading this plugin make sure it is allowed to save IP-addresses in your country, If it isn't do not download IP-Catcher!
Features

• Catch automatic an ip-addess on join
• Enable/Disable automatic catch of any player
• Show the IP-Address of a player who is registrated in your config.yml

How to use it?

• Install IPCatcher
• Put this plugin in your pluginfolder
• Reload or restart your server
• Have fun with IPCatcher

Commands

• /ipcatcher- Display help page
• /ipcatcher catch - Enable/Disable automatic catch of any IP-Address
• /ipcatcher show <name> - Show the IP-Address of a player

Permissions

• ipcatcher.admin - Allows to use all commands of the IPCatcher
