IPRequirer
Plugin to limit connection from ip addresses to certain nicknames.
Commands:
/ipr add <nick> <ip>
/ipr list <nick>
/ipr remove <nick> <ip>
/ipr help
Permissions:
- iprequirer - Permission for all control of plugin.

For full plug-in functionality you need to have Protocollib!
When on nick isn't any ip, so player are join.
I recommend this plugin with my SimpleWhitelist plugin. ;)
How to get player's ip:
If you are Essentials on your server - /seen <player nick>.
