    - Players cannot pick up banned normal, splash, or lingering potion items unless they have ban bypass permission. - Banned potion items are also removed by inventory purge, loot filtering, mob drop filtering, and dispenser checks.

    - Players with itemban.bypass bypass all ItemBan checks, including bans, item limits, and craft limits. - Players with only itemban.bypass.craftlimit can craft limited items without the craft-limit announcement or block.

    - Fixed item limits not counting shift-click crafting correctly before items entered the inventory.
