Item/Entity Rename [1.8 - 1.13]

Added: - now you can disable commands in any world - permission itemrename.* and itemrename.bypass Fixed: - when you delete config/data file and reload now they reappear

Fixed: - some lines of code where the vault price was equal to 0 (for some reason)

Fixed: - issue with blocks not saving properly - menu set on blocks not working - holograms not disappearing after breaking the block

So Minecraft 1.13 came out some days ago, and spigot 1.13 is not still released, but when it comes out, I will make a different jar for it, as it has a very different approach to material names.
