Item Filter Pickup (Open Source)

This is a long awaited update and I am happy to announce it is finally here! If you find any bugs please alert me to them so I can go about fixing them. With this update I have dropped support for 1.7.x and 1.6.x. With the new gui feature I had to drop the support sorry :'(.
