Permissions:
itemfixer.bypass.packet - don't check for packet spam
itemfixer.bypass.nbt - don't check item nbt tags
itemfixer.bypass.enchant - don't check item enchants
itemfixer.bypass.potion - don't check for potions
itemfixer.allow. EFFECT_TYPE.LVL - allow a custom potion effect on potion or arrow
itemfixer.allow. MATERIAL. ENCHANTMENT.lvl - allow on the item a certain enchant.
