ItemsAPI (1.14)
1.0Implements a new ID system that permits to create new items, as well as new textures.

/!\ This API is incomplete, this is a first version, that will be upgraded, by incomplete I mean she's not usable for a person that don't understand it.
/!\ I'm uploading this here because she'll be necessary to make my plugins modpack work but she's not designed for public use.

This plugin has been made for my project : Plugins based Modpack which consists in creating a full modpack only with plugins (around 20 plugins).
If you wan't more informations about this project you can come to my code lab : https://discord.gg/PPFtFmA .

This plugin is an API, which means you will need to have a normal Java knowledge to use it, I made it for my project to create a full Modpack using only spigot plugins.
This API permits to :
- Implements a lightweight NBT based ID system which allows you to create new items.
- Change item textures using Custom Model Data, requires high knowledge because I won't be explaining it here, there are enough tutorials online.

This API haves the following methods at the moment :
- Boolean itemHasID(ItemStack item) : Returns a boolean depending if the item has a custom id, only for debug options.
- void setItemID(ItemStack item, String itemID) : Permits to change the custom ID of any item.
- String getItemID(ItemStack item) : Returns the custom ID value of the item.
- ItemStack getItem(String itemID, Integer CustomModelData) : Returns an itemStack with the custom id value as well as the CustomModelData value, permits to fully create new items (if you have enough knowledge).

I added some commands directly into the game to make things simple :
- /getitem <CUSTOM_ITEM_ID> <CUSTOM_MODEL_DATA> : gives to the player an item with the custom id (if you put a real id you will get a real item, else the Material will be Stone), and with the custom model data.
- /item : returns the player's item in hand id and custom model data.
