Bugfixes [ ~ ] - Fixes issue where /it help was overriding /help command

This update brings a bunch of minor improvements and bugfixes, and a new feature which allows you to set a tracker to keep updating even if it's in your inventory. To add it, add it to each tracker in trackers.yml like this: . This update also modifies the lang.yml slightly. For simplicity's sake, saving a backup copy and letting the plugin regenerate is the easiest way to update your lang. You should reset your config.yml to take advantage of the new disable-crafting feature. You do not have to reset your trackers.yml. Updates [~] - Added a config option to disable the use of application items in crafting recipes. [~] - Added /it reload.

This update fixes some pretty critical bugs which prevented the plugin from loading. Bugfixes [~] - Changed the minimum API version to 1.14 - just an oversight [~] - Fixed a bug where the plugin would look for an old config value that didn't exist anymore, and would promptly crash when that value wasn't found.
