    - New /antivpn link command. It shows the link to connect your server, so you no longer have to wait for the next console notice or scroll back for it. The link itself only appears in the console and, in game, to premium (online-mode) sessions; RCON and other plugins never get it. An earlier link keeps working after a new one is shown, as long as it is still valid. - Easier to paste your license key. Both config.yml and /antivpn key now accept it in lowercase, with extra spaces or quotes, or pasted together with the command. If config.yml holds something that is not a license key, the console says so and shows the link to connect the server instead. On startup, and after /antivpn reload with a different key, the console says in one line whether the key was accepted or rejected. - When players cannot be checked, Jarvis tells you why. The console, /antivpn stats and /antivpn doctor no longer blame the connection for everything: they name the actual cause, such as a rejected license, with a short tip. The status no longer flips back and forth, and the same error is no longer repeated for every player who joins. - The jarvis.bypass permission survives restarts. Staff who have it are no longer checked again on their first join after the server or proxy restarts. On Velocity, removing the permission now applies on the player's next join. - Less risk of your license key ending up in a log. On Paper, /antivpn key typed in game no longer leaves the key in the server log, and a config.yml with a formatting error no longer copies the broken line, which could hold the key, into the console. - 36 languages. Player and staff messages now also come in Hindi, Serbian, Urdu, Persian, Bengali, Filipino, Khmer, Latvian and Lao. - Offline-mode servers: the in-game reminder says what to do. Staff now see where to find the link to connect the server and where to get a license. - Paper behind a proxy: no more reminders to link it. Instead of asking every 10 minutes, the console shows one notice: the recommended setup is Jarvis on the proxy. /antivpn link, /antivpn doctor and /antivpn stats say the same. - Paper fixes. Player sessions in the panel now close correctly when the server stops or reloads. Staff notices and the panel use the player's real language, including on 1.8 to 1.11. On 1.8 to 1.12 there is no more console error every 10 seconds, and the panel sees who is online again. - And a few smaller fixes. Updating is replacing the jar and restarting, with no config changes. Same requirements as 0.5.26 (Java 17 or newer).

    - An unlinked server keeps telling you it is not protected. Until the connector is linked to your account, it is not protecting your server. The full warning saying so appeared once, at startup, and on a busy proxy it is gone within seconds; after that, each new link came as a bare line in English that did not say it. The full warning now comes back every 10 minutes for as long as the server stays unlinked, and stops by itself once it is linked. It is written in your language: the machine's at first, and the one from your panel account as soon as you open the link. - Staff see the linking link in game, ready to click. While the connector is not linked, anyone with the jarvis.admin permission (server operators, on Paper) gets the same three lines in chat when they join, in the language of their game. At most once every half hour per person, never with a link about to expire, and it stops as soon as the server is linked. The link only goes to premium (online-mode) sessions: without premium a name proves nothing, so staff get the warning and the console keeps the link. A Paper server behind a proxy says nothing in chat, since the connector belongs on the proxy. - Paper: the panel now shows which client each player joins with. On Paper 1.20.4 and newer the game sends this detail earlier than it used to, before the player exists on the server, so the connector never got to see it and nearly every player came up without it. The 0.5.25 change for this detail arriving late did not cover this case. It is now read from Paper itself. Spigot works as before. - Behind Docker or HAProxy, the per-address limits no longer lock out your players. If the real player address does not reach the server (Docker, HAProxy or a filter without IP forwarding), everyone arrives from the same private address, and the connection-burst and players-per-address limits started turning people away once a few were in. Those limits now only apply to internet addresses. The console warning about IP forwarding is still there: until you fix it, Jarvis cannot see your players' real address. - /antivpn doctor no longer ticks what it has not checked yet. The player IP line came up green before anyone had joined, and the clock line came up green with an offset that had never been measured. Both now stay neutral until there is something to go on, so the report no longer ends in "all good" on a server nobody has joined yet. - And a few smaller fixes. Updating is replacing the jar and restarting, with no config changes. Same requirements as 0.5.25: Velocity 3.x and 4.0, BungeeCord, Paper / Spigot / Folia, Java 17 or newer.

    - The commands answer what happened, not that the request arrived. /antivpn whitelist and /antivpn blacklist went green on the response code alone. An unwhitelist on someone who was never on the list answered "permission removed", which is exactly what happens when the name has one letter too many, so the one moment you needed to be told was the moment it stayed quiet. There are three answers now: done, nothing to change, and could not save. That last one did not exist at all: if the write failed, the command still answered green. - The permission tells you when it runs out. If you have a default duration set for permissions granted from the server, a plain /antivpn whitelist Pepito switched itself off when that time was up and nobody said so. The player bounced again days later and there was nothing to tie the two together. It now shows underneath, as time remaining and in the same format the command itself teaches you to type (7d, 12h, 30m), so you can copy it straight back. It also says how many addresses were lifted along the way. - Tab completion for the player name. The second argument returned an empty list on all three platforms: the name had to be typed out in full, by hand, and getting it wrong raised no error. It now completes from the players online, ignoring case, and only for staff allowed to moderate. - An unreadable config.yml is no longer taken for an unlinked server. If the file has a formatting error, or cannot be read at all, the settings come up empty and so does the license. The connector read that as "this server is not linked yet" and printed the linking banner, sending you off to link a server whose license was already sitting in the file. The real warning was one line above, buried. The console now says what is wrong and what to fix, tells "the file is there and cannot be read" apart from "it could not be created", and deliberately does not show the link: linking through it would write a fresh license over the file that could not be read. - Players you allowed in the panel are no longer cut by the connector. The local block is applied before asking, and on a different basis: the connector keeps addresses, while your allow list goes by name. A player with permission could take the block that someone else sharing their connection had earned, and it did not clear on its own. The Jarvis server now answers with who is allowed, and the connector stops deciding on its own: it asks. - Fewer false "suspicious client" reports in your panel. When a player joined, the connector waited a fixed time to collect their client details and sent whatever it had by then. In a share of cases the detail arrived slightly later and was lost, and that absence ended up marking legitimate players. It now waits for it, with a cap, and still sends a single report per player. - /antivpn doctor warns you if your config.yml could not be read. When the file has an error, the connector deliberately keeps the settings it already had in memory and carries on protecting, but with the PREVIOUS configuration, not the one you just wrote. Reload tells you so at that moment; if you were not watching the console, the report afterwards told you everything was fine. It now comes up as a warning, with what to do about it. - Players blocked by your country rule now read why, in their language. If you have the country rule turned on, the connector did not recognise that reason and fell back to the generic text, so the player was told something that did not match what had happened and your staff got the same non-answer. It is now spelled out, in all 27 panel languages. - And a number of smaller fixes, not detailed here because they touch things already announced in earlier versions.

    - Players now see the same block reason every time, including on reconnect. The first denial carried the proper message (their name and the reason) and from then on they got a generic "you cannot join right now", which is what they saw almost always, because blocks are cached locally for hours. Your staff had to open the panel to find out what happened. - The fallback text, for when there is nothing remembered, now also names the player and tells them to turn the VPN off, in all 27 panel languages. - Stopping the server can no longer hang. The connector closed its channel to Jarvis by waiting with no time limit for everything still in flight, and that channel stays open on purpose while the server is running, so it never finished on its own. There is a limit now, and the last report still goes out before closing. - Linking survives a failed save. If the connector received your license and could not write it to disk, it stopped asking for links anyway, leaving the server with no license and nothing on screen. Now it keeps going and prints a fresh link. - The pace of the linking loop is set by the panel, within the connector's own limits. Nothing changes for someone who just installed it. - If the owner has enabled blocking for game accelerators and relays, players read that reason in their own language instead of the generic VPN text. - Verified on Velocity 4.0 (with Floodgate), Velocity 3.x, BungeeCord and Paper. Still Java 17.

    - New: /antivpn doctor. One screen that tells you whether Jarvis is working and, if it isn't, what to check: licence, protection, clock, live panel channel, the IP your players arrive with and how many blocks are loaded. Each line green, amber or red. In all 27 panel languages. - New: your blocks survive a restart. If the server restarts while Jarvis is unreachable, the blocks from the last sync keep applying instead of the server starting with none. They stop as soon as Jarvis answers again, and timed blocks still expire on time. Turn it off with bans: { persist: false }. - New: the Paper build runs on Folia. The same jar covers Paper, Spigot and Folia: it uses Folia's regionised schedulers when it detects one and the usual scheduler otherwise. Before, it relied on a scheduler Folia does not have. - New: the console says when Jarvis is not protecting you, and keeps saying it. Warnings that did not exist before, repeating while the problem lasts instead of being said once and then forgotten: Jarvis cannot be reached or your licence was rejected; the address arriving is not the player's (a proxy in front without IP forwarding, so nobody is being checked at all); the live panel channel has been down long enough that blocks and settings from your panel are not arriving; and a login that was let in without being checked because Jarvis accepted the connection and never finished answering. - Protection now comes back on its own after an outage. While Jarvis is unreachable the connector lets players in so your server keeps running; getting back was tied to the next player login, and if that one probe never answered, every login kept going through unchecked until you restarted. The periodic ping now closes it as soon as Jarvis answers, a stalled probe is retried, and the console tells you. - /antivpn whitelist, unwhitelist, blacklist and unblacklist now say when nothing was sent because the server isn't linked to a licence yet, or the licence was rejected, instead of reporting a network problem. - Verified on Velocity 4.0 (with Floodgate), Velocity 3.x, BungeeCord and Paper. - Other minor fixes and cleanup.

    - New: your staff can whitelist and block players in game, no panel needed. /antivpn whitelist <player> [time] [reason], plus unwhitelist, blacklist and unblacklist. Time takes 30m, 12h, 7d, 2w or perma; leave it out and it uses the default set in your panel. All four need the jarvis.staff permission. - Lifting a timed block now clears it on the proxy at once. Permanent ones already did; a block with an expiry date kept running its full length there, so lifting a 24h block an hour in still kept that player out for the other 23. - If the clock on your machine is wrong, the connector now works around it instead of having its checks turned away. Worth fixing the clock anyway (NTP), but a wrong one no longer leaves you unprotected without saying so.

    - Velocity and Bungee now works on Java 17. Was compiled for Java 21 and would not load on a Java 17 proxy. Paper was not affected. - Velocity and Bungee: players can no longer get stuck on the connecting screen when a check stalls. Paper already had this limit. - A malformed config.yml no longer wipes the settings already loaded, and saving your licence key is now atomic. - The live connection to Jarvis always recovers instead of stopping silently until the next restart. - /antivpn stats no longer claims "Protection: YES" while Jarvis is unreachable, or on Paper with server.behind-proxy on. It shows a DEGRADED state instead. - Reports are no longer dropped on servers far from the backend. - New: the panel shows what your server turned away by itself (connection floods, local blocks, accounts per IP).

    - Removing a ban or whitelisting an IPv6 address takes effect straight away now. Before, an IPv6 written in a different format than the panel stored could slip past. - Fixed a rare case where a brief hiccup at the edge (a Cloudflare blip, say) could make the connector go quiet and stop protecting until you ran /antivpn reload. It rides through those on its own now. - Bungee networks send the player's version to the panel now, same as Velocity and Paper already did. - Other minor stuff and cleanup.

    - The connector config is now just your license key. What you manage (block list, whitelist, staff alerts, language) lives in the web panel, and the rest uses sensible defaults. Any old keys left in config.yml are ignored. - Changes you make in the panel now apply to a running proxy without a restart or reload. - /antivpn shows whether protection is actually active and warns you if your license key was rejected.

    - Fixed the big one this release: connection stability on rough networks. If your link drops packets, the connector could go quiet and stop getting verdicts after a stretch of inactivity, since the connection went cold between joins. Added a small keepalive that pings the backend every few seconds to keep it warm, so checks stay fast even when the network isn't. Tune it with backend.keepalive-ms (15000 by default, 0 to turn it off). - Cleaned up a few things along the way: the console no longer prints the [Jarvis] tag twice, the jar is a bit smaller, and shutdown is cleaner with no threads left hanging.

    - Fixed connection timeouts on proxies far from the backend (high latency or behind Cloudflare). The connector now allows enough time to open the connection. - The connector now remembers its credential locally, so it keeps working after a restart or an IP change without setting it up again. - Multiple proxies or a team on your license: copy the connector secret shown in your panel (Download plugin) into your config.yml under backend:, and the connector authenticates from any IP with no per-IP steps. - Clearer console message when the backend does not return the secret, so you know exactly what to change. - Fixed a case where an unblocked player could stay blocked after a brief drop in the connection to the backend.

Changes: - Block list sync is now signed and verified end-to-end (tamper-proof). - General hardening against malformed data. - Smart resync recovers missed changes after a connection drop, without wrongly re-blocking anyone. - Changing the license without a restart now reloads correctly. - Permission exemptions persist across sessions, and revoking the permission applies instantly. - Fail-safe startup: a mistyped config value never leaves the server unprotected. - Lower CPU and memory use on every connection. - Staggered reconnects to avoid traffic spikes. - Clean resource shutdown on reload or stop. - Identical, verified behavior across all three platforms. - 27 languages with automatic detection. Jarvis AntiVPN is now available in 27 languages: Arabic (العربية) · Chinese Simplified (简体中文) · Chinese Traditional (繁體中文) · Czech (Čeština) · Danish (Dansk) · Dutch (Nederlands) · English · French (Français) · German (Deutsch) · Hebrew (עברית) · Hungarian (Magyar) · Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) · Italian (Italiano) · Japanese (日本語) · Korean (한국어) · Lithuanian (Lietuvių) · Polish (Polski) · Portuguese (Português) · Romanian (Română) · Russian (Русский) · Slovak (Slovenčina) · Spanish (Español) · Swedish (Svenska) · Thai (ไทย) · Turkish (Türkçe) · Ukrainian (Українська) · Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt)

Until now Jarvis only ran on proxies (Velocity / BungeeCord). From this version you can also protect a single server directly, with no proxy at all — just drop in the JAR and add your license. Perfect for Survival/SMP servers that don't run a network Now in your language. The messages your players see — the screen shown when a connection is blocked, the "Too many attempts" and "Too many accounts at once" notices, and the "Protected by…" footer — now automatically appear in your panel's language. So do the panel and commands. Available in 7 languages (English, Spanish, German, French, Polish, Russian and Turkish), with English as the fallback. More stable. Various improvements and fixes to license activation, commands and detection, so everything runs smoother.
