Join and quit message (SubtraJoin)

SubtraJoin is a simple join/quit message plugin.
This plugin let players set their own join/quit message.
(Only tested in spigot 1.13.1 and 1.13.2)

Requirements:
Vault - https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/vault

Commands:
/join - See your set join message
/join set <message> - Set your own join message
/join forceset <player> <message> - Set join message to another player
/join clear - clears your join message

/quit - See your set quit message
/quit set <message> - Set your own quit message
/quit forceset <player> <message> - Set quit message to another player
/quit clear - clears your quit message

/subtrajoin reload - reloads configfile

Permissions:
SubtraJoin.join - if you want that player to be able se set join message
SubtraJoin.quit - if you want that player to be able se set quit message
SubtraJoin.color - if you want players to have color messages
SubtraJoin.force - Let player set another players join/quit message
SubtraJoin.reload - to have access to reload configfile

Config:
change the join/quit message
Set price to change message
config all output messages

Colorcommands:
use $ and a minecraft colorcode.
example: look at this $4color
output: look at this color
