THIS PLUGIN WORKS IN ALL VERSIONS 1.7 X 1.12
ALL MESSAGES ARE CONFIGURABLE IN YML CONFIG.

CHARACTERISTICS:
The plugin announces the entry of a player with such permission. For example: [ADM] lucasrfr join the lobby.
TAGS, PERMISSIONS, AND MESSAGES are configurable in config.yml giving you a plugin totally to your liking.
