Here is a small plugin that adds a command to get the link is discord, and a message each connection of a player and an broadcast message on the server, although the plugin is customizable thanks to config.yml file

command

• /discord - Command to receive the link of the discord.
• /discord reload - Command to reload plugin's configuration.

Permissions

• discord.message - permission to execute command /discord
• discord.reload - Permission to execute command /discord reload
