JustFly - Yet another flight plugin

This is a minor update which adds two config changes which are: - Enable/disable update checking on server startup - Cleaner config file with explanations of each entry (The first option will disable checking for updates when the server starts, but will not however disable /justfly check, another way to check for updates in-game)

Will fix itself after a few hours - Installing the plugin but reloading instead of restarting will generate the config file empty.
