Kenerl RTP

fast setup:
1.download this plugin and move to server's plugins folder
2.strart server and you can use it!

Commands:
/rtp : let me to teleport random where with configure radius and configure worlds
Permission: KenerlRTP.rtp
/rtp reload : reload rtp command
Permission:KenerlRTP.reload

1. worlds configure!
2. Support Nether!
3. Message configure!
4. waittime support
5. avoid damageable blocks!'

This is my first plugin for spigot,If you has any ideas,you can make Discuisson in it

Config:

cooldown   :  40 
 #means that how long wait for two teleports   
range   :  3000 
 #teleport range(raduis)   
wait-time   :  3 
 #before every teleport,player must wait with no move,in otherside teleport will be cancel

blocked   :

 #blocked blocklist,player will never teleport on these blocks
