KGB bungee Restart

This plugin is an free and light tool for server Ops to handle bungee restart.

Note. Do not try to use this plugin or its command with loops from your .bat or .sh files or with plugins that restart your server in such a manner!!! By doing that you can case multiple instances of your bungee so don't do it.

Key Features:
Supply bungee console with long needed option to restart bungee from bungee console command. This plugin is overall tested and on Waterfall (bungee fork) with no problems so far.

For next update:
* ( pending v1.4) Command to reload config will be implamented so that restarts are not needed anymore on plugin first run or config changes.
* ( done v1.3) Shorter version of 'BungeeRestart' command.

How to setup:
Place plugin into your plugin bungee folder. Start bungee so that plugin config file is generated. Edit config settings to match your run.sh bungee file name. End your bungee and start it one more time. Your all done.

Commands:
Console command " bungeerestart" or shorter " brestart" - restart bungee immediately
Console command " bungeestop" or shorter " bstop" - stop bungee immediately
Console command " brestart cancel"~" bstop cancel" - stops any awaiting restart and stop timer regardless of which command was used to initiate him.

Commands optional usage: " brestart <timer>", " bstop <timer>"
* Restart or stop server after specific time, can be up to 60 seconds or 60 minutes minutes eg. " brestart 60s" or " brestart 5m"
* Minimum is 10 seconds if you did put something lower, and everything is converted to round middle 10 seconds.
* Combination m with s is not allowed eg. "brestart 10m20s" so do not use it like that. Only one is allowed s or m. Max is 60s or 60m. Doing 70s will not work. So its from 10 to 60 seconds or from 1 to 60 minutes.
* Restart/stop notification msg for users is configurable in config file.
* All Users are informed (with simple msg) of pending restart stop and informed of time till execution based on interval timer ->

Permissions:
No permissions. This are console only commands.

Not tested on:
We did not fully tested it with .bat files on Windows platforms but it should work.
We did not tested with 1.7.x or lower versions of bungee equivalent, in theory it should work but if its not working support for older versions will probably not be supplied if changes needed are drastic.

About:
This plugin exists to help operators to restart their bungee from time to time with no use of .sh inside loop.
This plugin is our second in line free and simple plugins. There will probably be some more like this plug arriving from us shortly. Our plugins will tend to be useful for every day server running that every server need to have or at least to try something like that in their lifespan.
