/infoboard - krijg het ''Informatie'' board
/oorlogboard - krijg het ''oorlogs'' board
/oorlog - oorlog hoofd command
/oorlog start - Start een oorlog met scoreboard
/oorlog stop - stop een oorlog en krijg ''informatie'' board

Permissions
- oorlog.* - geef een speler toegang tot alle /oorlog commands
IEDERE SPELER HEEFT TOEGANG TOT /infoboard & /oorlogboard
