KISS-tpa
(Keep It Simple Stupid)
This plugin provides a simple /tpa command. Once a player sends the teleport request, they can cancel it with /tpcancel. The player receiving the request has 20 seconds to accept it with /tpaccept or deny it with /tpdeny. There are four permissions: kiss.tpa, kiss.tpcancel, kiss.tpaccept and kiss.tpdeny. All four are true by default. Nothing to configure, just drop it into your plugins directory.
The KISS line of plugins are for those that only want to add a few commands that their players want without having to add some package with hundreds of commands and permissions to configure.

This plugin was compiled with Java 8 and the Bukkit 1.12.1 API.
