KnockBackTag Minigame

First off, I want to credit the original idea for this plugin to MrBeason (@Rampage_Force).

KnockBackTag (KBT) is a Minigame that allows players run around in an arena playing tag. The first player to join is made "IT", “IT” chases other players in an attempt to “tag” them, once tagged, the tagged player becomes “IT” and begins chasing other players.

-=-=-=Gameplay Information=-=-=-

The “IT” player has a stick with KnockBack and is used to tag other players. When a player is tagged, the player is knocked into the air, and the Stick is transferred to the new “IT”. The player who is “IT” is automatically equipped with Diamond Armor and Effects so that they are easily identified from other players. If the player leaves the game while they are “IT”, “IT” will be reassigned randomly to one of the other players in the game.

KBTStat1: Number of games played. Increments
KBTStat2 - Cumulative number of minutes player has been “IT”, increments every minute while player is "IT"
KBTStat3: Cumulative number of minutes player has not been “IT”, increments every minute while player IS NOT "IT"
KBTStat4: Number of times player leaves the game while being “IT”, increments when player leaves and is still "IT"

More info will be coming, I am working on adding more features such as HolographicDisplays for stats and more configurability.
