Krypton

New Features: · Add /krypton enable and /krypton disable commands to set whether captchas should activate when a player joins without having to restart or edit the config · Requires krypton.toggle permission · Does not remove players already in captchas, only affects players that join the game after the command is run · Add messages for these commands · Add enable_on_startup config option to set whether captchas should be automatically enabled
