KXUY VOTE BAN
KVoteBan is a small and light-weight plugin which helps you to give your community a chance to decide who does and doesn't get banned.
COMMANDS & PERMISSIONS
voteban.reload - /voteban reload - reloads the plugin
voteban.start - /voteban start <player> - start a vote ban on a player
voteban.vote - /voteban vote - vote for the current vote ban
voteban.exempt - Stop players from being vote banned against.

SETUP
1. Download resource
2. Locate plugins.yml
3. Drag the VoteBan jar file into the plugins.yml folder
4. Restart your server
