Note: Since I have added new configuation options, I will have to update your config.yml. I highly suggest you delete your current config.yml so you can keep and see the new comments, but if not, the new configuration options will still be added (however all the comments in the file will disappear.) - Minecarts now have "artificial" gravity to fix the gliding issue. I added a configuration option to modify the gravity as well. Make sure to change your minecart jump values to overcome its gravity. - Minecarts can no longer be placed in worldguard regions with the flag "vehicle-place" set as DENY (and it also has a configurable message). If you do not have worldguard installed this will have no effect, and if you do and don't want this change, I've added a configuration option.
