Latin to Cyrillic

(JDK 21 & Minecraft 1.21 only.)

Config:

Chat:
  Prefix: '!'
  KeyboardConversion: false

Any message which starts with a ! (or any other set prefix) will not be converted.

If KeyboardConversion is enabled, letters will be converted like when using a virtual cyrillic keyboard.

If not it will be converted like that:

sh = ш
ch = ч
sht = щ
yu = ю
ya = я
q = я
j = ж / й

And so on...
