if like me you were looking for a teleportation plugin that does not ask for any commands you have found your plugin :D

To teleport you must create the portal book and right click with the set where you want to teleport

then you have to place the book on a lectern and click on the "Take Book" button.
if you rename the book the name will be displayed during the teleportation

Commands: getteleportationbook (Give the teleportation book)
Permission: lecternportal.givebook (for give the book)
