Legacy Tools (Wind Charge, Mace)

Items:
Mace Item: Diamond Sword but you can change this from config
Wind Charge Item: Snowball you cannot change this
Wind Burst Enchantment: You can edit this from config (You can enchant the item in your hand by using the ./lt give command, but if you don't have the item in your hand, it will give you an enchanted book, but that book is not really an enchant so you can't use it on an anvil)

**You can set the knockbacks or effected area of items in the config.**
