Fixes: - Version detection code detecting 1.10 as 1.1.

Fixes: - Some of the stuff in the version detection code was wrong. I made sure that Strength works properly with versions below 1.9. - Removed commands and permission nodes since they were unneeded. - General refactoring of code. Additions: - None.

I've fixed the crappy code. There's only 2 static methods and 1 static variable now I think. I did this in like 10 mins so don't hate. I'll also do GiveMeHead and GoldenAppleControl soon. I don't have much time to revisit plugins, especially free public ones with my final exams coming up in about a month or so...

Fixes: - Now works with Spigot 1.9. The strength check will forcefully disable itself on versions that aren't lower than 1.9. Additions: - None.

Fixes: - Stopped the regeneration task from giving the entity extra hearts if they're dead. @Frozon reported to me that there was a death glitch involving this. - Optimised code and other small changes. Additions: - None so far. If you want any new features, simply let me know.
