My first plugin. LevelBlessings allows the player to "pray" and spend their experience levels on receiving a random configurable item/effect/command depending on their level.
You can control the rewards and messages sent to player and should be compatible with any other plugin.
When installing open the config for a tutorial on how to set everything up
Commands:
/lbbless, /lbpray, /lbmeditate
