What is Marx?
Marx - is a markup language translator and format optimizer lib ( NOTE : not a plugin!), it translates any of the supported markups into a Minecraft format, just like some instant messengers such as Discord do.
Quick example:
Input: 'Hello **world**!'
Output: 'Hello &lworld&r!'
What markup languages are supported?
Marx supports various markup languages. Of course, not all syntax elements are able to be converted into Minecraft format, but basic ones such as bold, italic, strikethrough or underline are present.
List of supported markup languages
- Markdown: markdown
- ReST (ReStructuredText): rest
- HTML: html
- BBCode: bbcode
- Textile: textile
