Lifesteal Skript [Customizable]

A lifesteal Skript that whenever you hit a mob/player you will Regen, I've seen some lifesteal Skript out there but it's whenever you die you lose health but this is different from the others!

This skript is fully customizable allowed to be used and make credits about it

this is what I used in my server I made by myself took me 2 full hours fixing errors and customizing the values to work it what I want you can also customize the value if you want IF you know what your doing to avoid errors
