LinkInterface is a plugin that allows a server owner/operator to update a config and posts those links into chat.
/votelinks - displays the links in config.yml to the Minecraft chat
/vlreload - reloads the config if the player has the vl.reload permission
Currently a work-in-progress. Adding a GUI, single-line pulling, and more features in the future.
