Change method to spawn MythicMob

Fix some issue with custom fish Add support older version of MythicMob (4.8.0 -> 4.14.1)

- Fix reload command - Now move mythicmobs, mmoitems from depend to soft depend, you can install without mythicmobs or mmoitems in your server - Support older version (still need java 17) - Improve code

- Add prefix from console - Reload command (Don't use reload command so much or plugin will have the error below)
