Lightweight Voting Plugin

Wiki and Usage/Configuration Files

LiteVote is a basic voting plugin; designed to be simplistic in it's usage and configuration

• Install the plugin
• Start & Stop server, then edit plugin config files

1. Edit config.properties
2. Change messages.yml to your liking
   
3. Setup a vote service
4. Setup a default rewards file

• All done!
  • You can send a test vote via command: /vote admin test <player name> <service name>
    • Unknown services names that are not found in the /sites directory will be automatically generated, if enabled in config.properties
  • To test an offline vote, logout and perform the command via console

Commands

• /vote - Displays vote links
• /vote help - List of commands
• /vote check - Displays player's voting statistics
• /vote claim - Claims pending (offline) rewards
• /vote admin test - (debug) Performs a force vote
• /vote admin reward - (debug) give reward to specified user
• /vote admin set - (debug) manually set points/milestone values for a player

Permissions

• litevote.vote - Allows usage of voting commands
• litevote.admin - Allows admin commands

Placeholders

• %litevote_player% - the current player's name
• %litevote_player_display% - the current player's display name
• %litevote_points% - The player's vote points amount
• %litevote_milestones% - The player's milestones amount
• %litevote_totals% - The player's total vote count
• %litevote_unclaimed_votes% - The player's pending amount of offline votes
