Changed

- Teleporter flows (use, teleport, favorites, network access, creation fees) now respect adminBypass instead of always treating admins as exempt. - Fixed gameplay permission checks to use hasPermission() so default: true / default: op from plugin.yml apply on vanilla Paper servers. - Warmup bypass uses hasPermission() for lodestonetp.warmup.bypass so default: op works without a permissions plugin. - Engineer advancement now requires Magnetic Discovery instead of the root advancement. - Updated README, CONFIGURATION.md, and PERMISSIONS.md for permissions, config upgrades, and debug logging. - Plugin version bumped to 1.3.0.

Fixed

- Non-OP players could not use teleporters on servers without a permissions plugin because permission nodes were not registered and checks used isPermissionSet(). - Config upgrades did not add new keys when replacing the JAR because missing keys were compared against in-memory defaults instead of the on-disk file.
