LogChest is just a plugin which list all players which opened a chest in a log file. After installing it, logs are in /plugins/LogChest/clogs/.
The configuration is pretty simple, you have two nodes in config.yml:
logchest.dformat: to set up the date format (default to Year-Month-Day), and logchest.hformat: to set up the hour format (default to Hours-Minutes-Seconds).
