Lootbags (ABANDONED)

This is a plugin that adds "Lootbags" Now I know what you are thinking "What do those do?" and I will show you! This plugin adds items called lootbags (configurable) they give you items when you right click with them (you cannot place them), If you try to place one it won't work. Now you when you right click it will give you an item, this item is configurable, its material, it's lore, its name, its enchants, and everything is configurable, you can even run commands! everything has working chances,

Commands:
{} = Optional, <> = required.

- lootbags give <lootbag-name> {player} {amount}
- lootbags list (lists all lootbags in the config)
- lootbags permissions (lists permissions)

- Add fully customizable bags of loot!
- Configure almost all messages!
- Fully custom! No API's Needed!

Compatible with:
- No incompatibilites that I know of.
