First public release! A lightweight, fully GUI-configurable Lucky Blocks plugin for Paper 1.21.

- Lucky Block system — items tagged via PersistentDataContainer so ordinary blocks never trigger; placed-block locations persist across restarts. - Weighted reward pool — per-reward enabled state, weight, permission, cooldown, and preview item. - 14 action types — GIVE_ITEM, RUN_COMMAND_CONSOLE, RUN_COMMAND_PLAYER, MESSAGE, TITLE, SOUND, EXPLOSION, SPAWN_MOB, POTION_EFFECT, FIREWORK, RANDOM_TELEPORT, GIVE_MONEY (Vault), CUSTOM_EVENT, HOLOGRAM. - In-game GUI editor — manage rewards, actions, and settings with anti-dupe / shift-click / drag / double-click protection. - Holograms — non-persistent TextDisplay entities show nearby players what was won, with no ghost holograms after restarts. - Mining spawn — Lucky Blocks can appear naturally while mining in selected worlds (configurable chance, Y-range, trigger blocks), editable in the GUI. - Localization — English + Indonesian, MiniMessage formatting, auto-merge of new language keys. - Commands — /lb give | editor | reload | list | debug with permissions and tab-completion.

- O(1) Lucky Block lookups, no world scans, async file saves — built for large survival servers.
