Magic Composter
Simply grows the crops around it on a radius

Note: This plugin is developed and published for learning process. That means i might update it if there's a good ideas suggested and fixing bugs if possible for my coding experience.

Features:
- Auto grow the crops around it (Any crop).
- Semi-Configurable (You can change the speed of the growth and particles)
- Permissions
(magiccomposter.use) to use it
(magiccomposter.notify) to notify player if limit passed.

The radius is increased by the number of the level:
Composter has 8 levels.
1 Level = 1 Block radius around it.

Another Note: TimeToGrow is on ticks, that means you need to calculate it, default is 5 seconds (100 ticks).
40 Ticks = 2 seconds.
