Martoph's Medals

Overhead fun! New, unique, and custom nametags to go over a regular head!

Commands:
/medals: opens a GUI menu displaying all available medals.
/medals list: gives a list of all possible medals.
/medals create: creates a medal with specified information. Can also be done in medals.yml. (requires admin permission; requires plugin reload; material is defined here)
/medals delete: deletes a medal. (requires admin permission; requires plugin reload)

Permissions:
mmedal.admin: grants admin permission.
mmedal.<medal name> grants access to specified medal.

In this case, "example" is the medal name, and "§fExample" is what is displayed overhead. A diamond block is used for representation in the GUI, and the data is the variation of the block.

Extra Info

• You can have item data. A fern would be represented by "long_grass:2."
• The GUI is multi-paged, with 20 medals on each page.
• Players must click the slime ball in order to place blocks while having an active medal. Otherwise the player would hit an invisible armor stand. This only disables the medal for the current player.
• The nametag looks high only for the player that activated it. All other players see a lower tag.
