• Recoded the plugin using the new PluginBase library, which includes performance improvements, command tab completion, and much more. • The overview and icon have been revamped. • Command response messages are now more descriptive. • MassSayReborn is now under the MIT License. Please delete the plugin's settings.yml before updating to allow the plugin to generate a new one.

Fix the config reload command's permission check.
