This plugin ensures that users do not have more than the maximum amount of hunger points (20).
Doesn't do anything it doesn't say on the tin.
Why
This resource was requested by @HiiiFishy as one of the premium plugins they installed was for some reason ignoring the hunger point limit. Decided to upload it to SpigotMC in case anyone else needed it.

bStats Metrics
This plugin anonymously sends basic metrics such as your OS and your java version to bStats. These metrics are factored in when developing the resource. Although I am unsure why you would want to, you can optionally disable these metrics in the /plugins/bStats/config.yml file.
