MaxIceCold (1.7-1.14)

Recently I have been trying to find a freezing plugin that freezes player's movement but not their vision. However I found no freezing plugins that could support my idea, so I decided to design a
simple plugin, MaxIceCold. This plugin you can freeze any player, and watch them try and escape the cold tundra. (Version 1.0.0)

- Does not freeze the player's perspective

✪ Commands: ✪
- /ic -> basecommand
- /ic reload -> Reloads Config
- /ic freeze [PlayerName]

✪ Permissions: ✪
- IceCold.freeze -> For the use of the freeze command
- MaxIceCold.* -> All Permissions
- MaxIceCold.info -> Permission for help menu
- MaxIceCold.reload -> Permission for reloading command
- MaxIceCold.freeze -> Permission for freezing players
